The hotel's rooms were facing an unkept small garden with a brick wall, lacking a balcony and leading to disturbances from the public road, reducing privacy. However, the backside balcony with a bed and bathroom was provided, though a housekeeping/store room was nearby. The service was remarkable, with Ramesh and bashuraj offering lovely room cleanliness and beautiful bed art work. The staff was extremely courteous, making my stay easy and convenient. The location was excellent for morning walks and night strolls, with occasional sea dips, but arrangements with expensive cabs were a setback. The dining offerings were good, though lacking variety for a 5-star hotel. The dessert items were tasty, and the view of the swimming pool was pleasant. The facilities were adequate, and the price was reasonable but lacked some value for money.
